All good sites need regular maintenance and 'housekeeping'. Unfortunately the internet is packed with 'dead' links that go nowhere; sites that have disappeared into the 'black hole' of cyberspace and pages with graphics or photos that do not load. Regular inspection and maintenance prevents this from happening and promptly corrects it when it does happen.
We check your site on a regular basis, usually once each week, and, if we find any errors or faults, we correct them, there and then.
Your service fee includes for us making minor amendments and alterations to the content of your site. It is difficult to assess in advance what is 'minor'. In practice, we consider that your weekly fee includes for about 10 minutes each week of amendments and alteration. Over a year, that amounts to about 8 hours of amendment time - a full working day - which would normally cost about £500 on its own!
